Golf course communities
Catta Verdera, Lincoln CA: Catta Verdera has a few different gated sections, including a guard gated section. Homes vary in price and construction quality as well as custom builds versus track homes.
Morgan Creek, Roseville CA: Morgan Creek is a guard gated community with homes built by semi-custom home builders and fully custom home builders. There are miles of trails, a golf and putting course, bocce, driving range, tennis and parks.

Wexford, Granite Bay CA: Wexford Estates is a guarded gate community of approx. 145 custom-built homes and is adjacent to the Granite Bay Golf Club. Wexford amenities include a lakefront clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball, pickle ball, and walking trails.
